Chance Company, Poland

Story of this monodrama is based on the Danish director Lars von Trier's screenplay The Idiots. Performance is an encounter with one of main characters of this movie – Jeppe, who decided to make his life unconventional. Jeppe and his friends moved in and lived together for a few months. They got very close to each other. They simulated a mentally illness which was going beyond their own safety and they have broken the social norms. Jeppe felt in love with young Josephine, which escaped from family home. Lover's good time ended very fast, when her father unexpectedly took her home.

The Chance Company, that prepared this monodrama, is created of two persons. Member of this team is Ewa Kaleta – the assistant of the well-known theatre director and stage designer Krystian Lupa, and actor Marcin Zarzeczny. The performance won the Special Award on 6^th Festival of Small Theatre in Lublin, 2010
